入住體驗很好，前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，酒店設施齊全，還有機器人服務，院裏就可以停車，周邊有好多特色小吃很方便，地理位置優越，出行很方便。

酒店環境整潔，房間內的設施非常先進，同時衞生也很乾凈，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。中央空調温度適宜，洗澡水温也很舒服，雖然衹有短短四個小時，但是卻給了我一個舒服的補眠環境，而且價格合理，下次如有需要還會再來體驗一次。有來忻州的旅遊的朋友們可以來試一試。

酒店在忻州七一路移動營業廳對面，停車非常方便，就在酒店院子裏，還有地下停車場，都是免費的，前台服務熱情。我是從網上預訂的。周邊非常繁華，附近有開萊購物廣場，吃飯購物特別方便，總體來説挺好，推薦大家

華住會有你們這家酒店真的丟臉！房間小也就算了，箱子也攤不開，到店已經快11點了準備過度一晚第二天六點就要出發離開，所以想趕緊洗漱休息，沒想到空調不開！室內開了一個小時還是27度，還沒有室外涼快！半夜找前台換房，換了個房間還是這樣！開一晚上26.5，一夜沒睡渾身是汗，兩個房間都是這樣！説明空調總控沒開啊，看看外面的温度，真的絕了！太垃圾了！

非常糟糕的一次入住體驗。本身辦理入住的時候就已經晚上十一點半了，想着儘快睡覺，結果前台告知房間都還沒收拾出來，等着保潔大姐滿腹牢騷地打掃房間至少20分鐘，終於拿到房卡。房間裏地面都還是濕的，備品方面連基本的兩個枕頭、刮鬍刀、涼拖鞋都沒有。總之，非常糟糕的一次入住體驗，建議大家慎選該酒店
