The public toilet environment is so dirty! In a dimly lit room, a small fan blows! The quilts are so dirty that they give me acne! It's really speechless!

1.床單上殘留着上一位客人的毛髮 。2.有空調卻不讓使用。3.早上九點以及十點兩次被強行開門，幸虧門鎖着了，交流得知原來是問退不退房，敲敲門或打電話我會迴應的，真開了門衞生間透明客人在上廁所你説方不方便？
