Located in the center of Xinzhou, there are many shopping malls and large supermarkets nearby. The hotel structure is star-shaped, but the hotel management and staff behavior standards need to be improved. 第一天對五台山東酒店不滿意換的這個，外面環境比那個強 酒店的服務員基本沒熱情，餐廳還好。智能化不如五台山酒店 不過電梯多了好幾部。房間超大，感覺適合辦公。浴室和衞生間分開。早餐品種還可以。

這是一家位於山西省忻州市的酒店，酒店面積不小房間內面積不小配套設施齊全，有獨立的停車場，沒中不足的是體重秤是沒電了，實習生業務可能不太熟，登記時候説1米2以下孩子早餐免費，結果是1米2以下孩子半價。

每次去都是入住這個酒店，這次入住體驗感覺很不好，房間很冷，明明空調不管事，來個維修的説正常沒事，在房間蓋着被子都冷，酒店給弄個電暖氣，太小根本沒起作用，建議冬天怕冷的要是選擇這個酒店還是自帶電暖氣電熱毯，不然就自備感冒葯了，本來不喜歡評價酒店，可是明明是冷風愣説空調沒事，也是無語了，當時一句廢話沒説，衹能説專業技術人員欠佳吧
