The breakfast did not meet expectations. The fried fungus for breakfast was as uncomfortable as the teeth. Please clean the fungus next time. The layout of the room is okay, but the staff didn't connect the landline. When I called, I found that the phone didn't make any sound. I checked and found that the line was not plugged in. I lived on the 20th floor at the beginning, and I complained that the hotel’s wireless network was really bad. The key is that the mobile phone signal is not good or I will use my own hotspot. There was still work, so I had to ask the hotel for help. I don't understand why the high floors are not willing to fix the wireless network.

The hotel environment, equipment and facilities are all high-end, the best hotel I have stayed in, the price is not expensive. The hotel grade is equivalent to eight or nine hundred hotels in other cities. It is recommended to choose this hotel when you come to Xinzhou.

第一天對五台山東酒店不滿意換的這個，外面環境比那個強 酒店的服務員基本沒熱情，餐廳還好。智能化不如五台山酒店 不過電梯多了好幾部。房間超大，感覺適合辦公。浴室和衞生間分開。早餐品種還可以。

這是一家位於山西省忻州市的酒店，酒店面積不小房間內面積不小配套設施齊全，有獨立的停車場，沒中不足的是體重秤是沒電了，實習生業務可能不太熟，登記時候説1米2以下孩子早餐免費，結果是1米2以下孩子半價。

定好的房間，錢都扣了！到了酒店告訴我沒有了給我改別的房間！晚上冷的很！！睡了，半夜發現空調就不管用了！吹的是冷風！凍醒了！

已經很多次入住了，非常舒服 一如既往的支持， 衞生：很乾凈，洗手枱上毛巾疊的小飛象很可愛。 設施：我喜歡裝修不是太新的，裝修很大氣 大廳非常大，住這裏絕對放心 服務：很好，前台小姐姐也很漂亮
