初入住該店兒，是一家本土標準豪華型酒店，酒店位置就在忻州市區，交通便利，周邊有便利店水果店小吃店商超都有購買方便。
該店的環境設施各方面都還不錯，可以達到標準五星級。唯一重點反饋該酒店的服務是一塌糊塗，本不想給貴店的服務做任何評價，但細想是氣不打一處來呀。本人在入住期間，半夜突發點意外，差點受到人身傷害，結果你們沒有主動作出一點歉意，當時不知是客房部的還是前廳上來倆人，呆頭楞腦的嘛呢？！關於五星級豪華型酒店的宗旨是什麼給我講明一下？難道衹是開間房睡一覺就得？與其這麼著那大可不必折騰自己，住個平價酒店也比你們強。本人經常出差旅遊國內外入住星級酒店也不少，自己在外從沒遇到過如此惡劣的住客及應有的服務，回到自己家鄉結果整這麼一出。本想着入住幾天，好傢伙你店兒魚龍混雜是什麼人都能安排住進來？！不過也如此，山西大環境對於酒店服務業來説忒差勁，像省內的萬豪 喜來登 凱賓斯基 建國 洲際 鉑爾曼之類都住過，但服務太一般化，最基本的服務意識都沒有，個別連門僮禮賓都沒有，更別提一些本土及開發商自己的星級酒店，完全沒有該服務理念行為。一言難盡。（注:建議酒店工程部對各房間的外窗進行排查及整修。入住當天1618室房間的外窗大風從縫隙呼呼的往進吹，下窗還抖，聽音瘮得慌。還真怕玻璃隨時有吹爆的風險）

據説是忻州市區比較老牌的五星酒店了 服務一般 設施齊全 整體房間氛圍是那種中式風格 房間很大 隔音效果不好 衞生間居然沒有窗簾 躺在床上浴缸一覽無餘帶孩子不方便 早餐還是不錯的 種類比較多 孩子加早30 比較實惠

和愛人兩個人出來玩 醒來後酒店一直有裝修的嗡嗡聲 我一個孕婦聽的耳朵都要炸了 提出非常惡劣的投訴
衞生：條件可以
服務：服務態度都是出了問題才開始敷衍一下 服務人員甚至會把我趕下電梯

前台和餐廳訊息不一致，早餐時間一個説9點半，一個説十點結束。
早上要的牙刷到退房都沒有給送。正門口攔住不讓過去，直接指車庫，如果出租車或者送朋友到酒店，也要被迫到車庫嗎？車庫導向不清晰，有點不好找酒店電梯。服務隨意性太大。9點零幾分到餐廳，已經沒有吃的了，服務員在拖地打掃衞生，九點半不到，開始收餐具，菜旁邊夾子都沒有了。紙巾也沒補。車子開始推來推去，，。還讓不讓吃早餐？體驗非常差！！！！

房間的衞生很差。換了兩次房間，前兩個房間的床單被罩上都有毛髮。第三個房間終於沒有毛髮了，床單上又有污漬。按理説這種不應該作廢直接不同嗎為什麼還要麪客呢。太晚了也不想換房間了找了一個床單鋪在床上才睡的覺。房間勝在很大。但床頭插電口很鬆。前台服務很好

到忻州較晚在泛華對面的忻州菜館等餐耽誤了時間臨時住一晚，有地下車庫停車方便。房間乾淨，床品舒適。去早餐時因過節人太多了沒有座位飯菜已被搶光，望以後加強對過節的準備。
