房間的衞生很差。換了兩次房間，前兩個房間的床單被罩上都有毛髮。第三個房間終於沒有毛髮了，床單上又有污漬。按理説這種不應該作廢直接不同嗎為什麼還要麪客呢。太晚了也不想換房間了找了一個床單鋪在床上才睡的覺。房間勝在很大。但床頭插電口很鬆。前台服務很好

到忻州較晚在泛華對面的忻州菜館等餐耽誤了時間臨時住一晚，有地下車庫停車方便。房間乾淨，床品舒適。去早餐時因過節人太多了沒有座位飯菜已被搶光，望以後加強對過節的準備。

早餐不咋滴，非常一般般。酒店大堂門口的道被人為擺放了路障，車子沒法開上去，還得拖着行李🧳走一段，跟保安説了也不挪開路障，非常不人性。前台服務人員態度也很冷淡。

酒店位置不錯 酒店規模相當可以的 停車方便 整體酒店服務也是不錯的 房間寬敞明亮 乾淨整潔 就是設備設施太老了 花個時間更新一下吧 有個事大家注意 早餐 孩子身高超過一米就要收取半價費用 這點很奇葩 一米三以上就要全價 除了這點其他都很不錯
