經濟型酒店，給的鑰匙很特別，就是一個洗浴中心的手牌，住得還算挺舒服的，停車位略緊張。服務人員態度都挺好。去南禪寺比較方便。

酒店有維也納的歐洲風格，很到位，裝修佈置盡心盡力，停車方便，早餐一般，毛巾不太吸水，房間內像開了小賣部，與維也納酒店格調不相符，前台服務員業務水平有待提高

維也納酒店所有裝修都差不多，但忻州這家酒店有餐飲，地下一層有泡浴，住店客人可免費泡浴，餐飲也不錯，早餐一般，房間還是很乾凈。

非維也納會員酒店而是加盟店，總體還過的去，但離4星標準有很大差距，住宿還可以，乾淨衞生，房間設施也不錯，但一次性用品很簡陋，連個浴帽都沒有，早餐品種也很少，極一般。

酒店位置非常好！在主街道上，去往忻州古城直線打車基本上起步價或略高一點兒。設施與酒店定位契合，服務一般，個別人員像國企…説話像槓頭，好在有另外的熱情服務員接過服務話題…為住店客人提供免費的温泉，設施陳舊，酒店客人沒有更衣櫃可提供，温泉的服務人員比較差。這個免費温泉還是不提了…

這次旅行住的房間非常不錯！房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適柔軟，讓人感覺彷彿置身於雲端。而且，房間的裝修風格簡約而不失時尚，給人一種温馨的家的感覺😃。
此外，房間內的設施也一應俱全，電視、空調、wifi 等都能正常使用，讓人感到非常便利。衞生間也很乾凈整潔，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品質量也不錯👍。
更值得一提的是，房間的隔音效果非常好，完全沒有受到外界噪音的幹擾，讓我能夠得到充分的休息。還有酒店工作人員的服務也很周到，讓人感覺格外貼心。
總的來説，這次的住宿體驗非常滿意，下次有機會還會選擇這裏😁！
