這裏的住宿環境還不錯，房間也比較衞生，乾淨，賓館內部還有停車場，並且還有温泉泡池，餐飲還算是比較豐富，但這個賓館有點奇特，留在房間的兩小包茶葉居然要36元多塊錢，全國走過了不少四星以上的賓館，還第一次遇到這種事！

房間面積沒問題，裝修也算過得去，就是隔音不好，隔壁咳嗽都能聽到。整體環境很洗浴風，房間裏除了礦泉水沒費，茶包一小袋18塊呀，早餐品種不多，味道嗎我沒有恭維的詞了，最不好的是，入住要繳納按金。這是在攜程訂房最不好的體驗。

停車方便，入住也很快，房間也比較舒適，價格不貴，環境不錯。酒店的地理位置很好，交通方便，房間温馨，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐也很豐富，前台的小姑娘們也非常熱情，值得獎勵。而且離忻州古城很近。下次旅行還是會光顧的。非常推薦

這是一家讓人住的舒適的酒店，每一個細節都讓我感到驚喜。從精美的外觀，到舒適的床墊，再到經理級熱情的服務，都讓我感受到了酒店的用心。酒店的位置也非常便利，酒店去古城開車10分鐘打車起步價，都非常方便。尤其是停車場大而且免費。早餐也是種類多多，現煮麪條口感不錯。我強烈推薦這家酒店給所有商務出差的朋友們。

地理位置是真好，附近很方便，去忻州古城也不遠，前台小姐姐服務熱情，澡堂子很不錯，24小時，泡泡忻州的温泉水還是很愜意的，房子衞生乾淨，床墊不錯，蠻舒服，全程睡到天亮，隔音也不錯…早餐比較偏中式，小米粥很好喝，油脂很高！

維也納温泉酒店房間寬敞明亮，床墊非常舒適，讓我逛了古城得以安享良好的睡眠。房嫂大姐的熱情服務，令我倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐和山西特色現煮手擀麪。令我倍感放鬆。下次到忻州古城還會選擇這裏入住。

這個維也納不太行 門縫大的能伸進一衹手了 樓道里説話把人能吵死。大半夜被一堆醉漢吵死 。電梯咣噹咣噹的，給的房間是離電梯近的兩間房，把人都住的神經衰弱了。
衞生也不太行，挺臟的。
前台服務員給人感覺也很不專業，説話非常生硬。本來也住維也納就是為了不踩坑，結果這個就踩坑了。

這家温泉酒店服務真可以！環境優美，房間乾淨整潔，服務貼心周到。位置便利，出行方便。離忻州古城直線距離2公里。早餐是自助餐。清淡可口，最滿意的是可以免費泡温泉。推薦給每一位出差旅行者！
