The accommodation here is pretty good, the rooms are relatively hygienic and clean, there is a parking lot inside the hotel, and there is also a hot spring pool. The food and beverage options are relatively rich, but this hotel is a bit peculiar. The two small bags of tea left in the room cost more than 36 yuan. I have been to many hotels with four stars and above across the country, but this is the first time I have encountered such a thing!

The room size is fine and the decoration is acceptable, but the soundproofing is not good and you can hear the cough of the neighbor next door. The overall environment is very bathing style. There is nothing in the room except mineral water. A small bag of tea costs 18 yuan. There are not many varieties of breakfast. I have no compliments about the taste. The worst thing is that you have to pay a deposit when checking in. This is the worst experience booking a room on Ctrip.

地理位置是真好，附近很方便，去忻州古城也不遠，前台小姐姐服務熱情，澡堂子很不錯，24小時，泡泡忻州的温泉水還是很愜意的，房子衞生乾淨，床墊不錯，蠻舒服，全程睡到天亮，隔音也不錯…早餐比較偏中式，小米粥很好喝，油脂很高！

這個維也納不太行 門縫大的能伸進一衹手了 樓道里説話把人能吵死。大半夜被一堆醉漢吵死 。電梯咣噹咣噹的，給的房間是離電梯近的兩間房，把人都住的神經衰弱了。
衞生也不太行，挺臟的。
前台服務員給人感覺也很不專業，説話非常生硬。本來也住維也納就是為了不踩坑，結果這個就踩坑了。
