房間廁所有很大的異味，床單被罩也沒換，很臟，也不給解決，衹讓換個床繼續睡，洗澡也沒有熱水，不知道旁邊是有ktv還是什麼，晚上很吵，隔音很差，第二天到前台説了這麼多問題，也沒給解決方案，也沒説怎麼處理，服務很不好，態度很消極。

清明假期帶孩子來古城遊玩。這家酒店離古城大概有十二公里。我是自駕遠一點也沒有關係。酒店停車場車位富足。環境安靜、優雅。衞生方面也做的非常乾淨。客服裏有直飲水。

開車去的忻州，首先酒店停車方便，有停車場，酒店很大，前廳很氣派，服務員也很好，房間是老式裝修，設施陳舊，地毯、被蕊需要更新一下，有氣味聞着不舒服，早餐的那個棗糕挺好吃！

設施 酒店地理位置挺好 房間還是温泉水 酒店服務員服務也好 性價比高 開車去忻州古城10分鐘 酒店還有博物館辦完入住後進去了參觀了一下 他家2樓 3樓 是餐飲 還去品嚐了 味道不錯 非常不錯的體驗

衞生房間乾淨衞生 服務也很不錯 過來旅行 體現到當地的特色 還去忻州古城 酒店有一個非常不錯 是温泉水 正好這個也體驗了 還有麪食 酒店3樓就是中餐 回來不早了 去3樓點了餐 不錯 不錯 味道也很不錯 👍

最近山西好火，**刷到了忻州古城，住宿選擇的這裏，酒店很大，各種設備都配的全全的，問服務員哪裡好玩哪裡好吃，都很熱情的回覆，而且沒想到酒店裡居然能吃到火鍋，不用出門就能吃到火鍋太幸福了！火鍋也很好吃👍滿意滿意
