The check-in experience is relatively poor, and it’s rare to rest on weekends. The room cleaning has been knocking on the door. I went there several times. I have to clean up and add goods later. It's quite annoying. They all said that there is no need to clean. The restaurant service attitude is also very poor. The meal is served at nine, and the variety is very small, the front desk service is poor, not worth it, the price is not high, the experience is particularly bad, it is the first time to give a bad review!

比較滿意的一家酒店。
1.定的家庭房，是裡外套間。面積很大，住起來挺舒適的。淋浴間、衞生間、洗漱間都是分開獨立的。便於一家人各自梳洗，提高效率。
2.前台很熱情，還給我介紹忻州古城怎麼遊玩。
3.酒店前有很大的停車場，免費停車，非常方便，非常適合自駕前來的朋友。
4.酒店早餐7:10-9:00，結束時間太早了，這是唯一不足的地方。大過節的，肯定想多睡會，一覺睡到9點後，直接錯過了早餐:（
下次來忻州還會入住。

房間超大，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，門前有不少車位，送的早餐味道不錯。唯一的缺點是門板太薄隔音不行，樓道里有人説話聽的一清二楚，還有人在樓道抽煙也沒人管，煙味飄進房間真的很掃興。
