房間乾淨整潔，前台服務非常熱情，早餐也比較豐富，交通也方便，離開來欣悦購物中心非常近！就是唯一不太好的就是房間不隔音

距離古城打車十幾元，房間緊湊，小巧窗户，衞生間也小巧；整體衞生乾淨；停車場小，不過前台和停車場管理人員協調能停到院裏。早餐在旅遊旺季還算不錯，有現煮的麪和餛飩；五一假期房價上漲了不少，前台業務熟練，退房有當地特產伴手禮贈送。

忻州市漢庭酒店和平中街酒店，位置優越，出行便利，距離忻州古城不算遠，地處繁華地段，停車十分方便。房間整潔無異味，舒適度好，睡覺也很安靜。早餐不錯，品種很多，繼續關注。博物館也不錯。

酒店前台和打掃衞生工作人員都服務周到、熱情、有求必應，周圍吃飯也很方便，就是停車空間不大，回來晚了裏面沒有停車地方。

早餐很差，方便麪都做不好，建議換成好點的方便麪。
房間無線網絡很慢，不穩定，而且經常性掉網。
服務還不錯，衞生也可以，建議把上面兩點好好整改下
