訂的兩晚親子房，房間乾淨明亮，從前台購買的打鐵花通票（國慶期間不限場次）是全網最便宜的！重點表揚免費接送的電瓶車楊師傅，來時因受交通管制影響，自駕車衹能停在城外，準備先試探着步行走到漢庭，待晚上再開車進城放行李。正巧看到漢庭標誌的電瓶車駛過，我一聲師傅，電瓶車嘎就停住了。楊師傅熱心的幫我們把行李裝上電瓶車，一溜煙兒帶我們到了漢庭，服務態度真是沒話説👍

在古城裡麪的酒店，外面看着不太大，裏面房間很多，地理位置也非常好！房間很舒適，十一假期房源很火爆，搶了2天才搶到2個家庭房，孩子很喜歡酒店的機器人～前台服務很貼心，早上出去玩的時候衣服烘乾還沒有結束，小姐姐幫忙疊好裝到袋子裏，整體都很不錯，來忻州古城推薦這裏

出門旅遊，入住了漢庭酒店，這次體驗真的超級棒！一進大堂，寬敞明亮的空間，簡約又温馨的裝修風格，讓人眼前一亮。前台工作人員態度特別熱情，辦理入住的速度很快，還貼心地介紹周邊好玩的地方和美食。房間更是沒得説，乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，晚上睡得超香。窗邊視野很好，白天拉開窗簾，陽光灑進來，特別愜意。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品質量也不錯。酒店位置絕佳，出行特別方便。這次在漢庭酒店的入住體驗，真的太滿意了！無論是服務、環境還是位置，都無可挑剔。以後出行，漢庭肯定是我的首選！

服務員特別熱情，開着小電動一趟趟接送我們，房間沒有外窗，但是非常舒適，位置也特別好，離酒吧街停車場直線距離超不過四百米，但是身處這個街道非常安靜，比幾百米之外的酒吧街上的酒店要安靜太多了，我本人是特別喜歡住特色民宿的，但是大部分民宿在衞生和服務上完全沒有辦法和快捷酒店比較。離泰山廟小吃街和蹦迪的北大門都不算遠。打鐵花更是非常近。之前住過古城裡的民宿，價格也不低，衞生和舒適度完全被漢庭碾壓。。

酒店位置很好，靠近古城步行街，去城牆幾步就到。漢庭的早餐就那樣，太垃圾了，衞生需要加強，你們收着希爾頓的房錢，房價太貴了，家庭房也那麼大，酒店的空間狹小，房屋潮濕，打掃衞生的根本不認真，地也不給掃乾淨，我們入住時候上個客人的頭髮還在。我真誠評價，沒有任何惡意。

環境：就在古城裡麪，出門就是古城，很方便。家庭房還能看到古城。
服務：服務特別優秀，問題都能幫助解決。儘管中間出現小插曲。但是解決的很好。
停車稍微不太方便，可以停在古城西停車場。
