我們2次住的都是墅院親子房，私密性還行，房間因為是新裝修有異味，户外温泉池衹有幾個相對比較少空間不是很大。節假日人特別多池子裡邊味道不好。不乾淨。整體不好地方小服務一般温泉池户外的基本用不上太少衞生不乾淨。優點在於價格還算便宜親子房600左右，其他的都比較差。

房間還可以，四人間也很寬敞，温泉水確實是天然的，但是温度控制不好，也沒有高温提示標誌，朋友燙傷樂，沒人理，找到負責人，態度不好，主打一個推卸責任，酒店也沒有基本的急救措施，處理不了就放任不管，乾脆走人。温泉池邊，酒店台階，滑坡都沒有任何安全提醒標誌，經理也承認酒店存在的所有問題，但是態度非常強硬，沒辦法我們衹能投訴，幸好攜程接待人員態度很好，幫忙解決問題！

酒店衞生環境很好，設施比較新，給我的入住體驗還好，就是私湯氛圍環境太吵了，在大廳裏吵吵鬧鬧的，什麼人都能到湯池裡來進進出出的，一點都不衞生，不説安靜點放點輕快的音樂。不要讓工作人員走來走去的。

温泉的環境很不錯，乾淨整潔。無論是洗浴區還是休息區，都給人一種舒適的感覺。工作人員態度熱情，服務周到。

新開的酒店，房間特別乾淨，服務也很好，室外泡池可以隨便泡，大廳二樓還有私人影院和艾草蒸房，這個價簡直值了，媲美四星級，哦，對了，還有恆温温泉游泳池哦。

去五台山路過的一家寶藏酒店，新開的，房間挺乾淨，泡湯，游泳，早餐都是免費，停車場車位也充足，主誇一下泡湯的温泉水，泡完之後皮膚滑滑的，連潤膚露都省了

客觀的評價下這個酒店：1、一共六個池子，三個室內緊挨着，北邊是餐廳，南邊是前台。三個室內池子很小。室內泳池一個靠近大廳，水温不夠，且靠近大廳，大人孩子進去都涼。衹有一個迷你泡球池，5歲以下孩子可玩。2、辦理入住等待兩小時，整個服務是跟不上的。3、晚餐時間是下午7點開始，絲毫沒有考慮到在池中嗷嗷待哺的大人孩子。4、498的價位考慮室內泡池較好，但酒店不售賣任何浴鹽，周邊服務也跟不上。總結：所謂一文價錢一文貨，請大家自行斟酌！
