The sanitation is not good, and the service is not up to par. The hotel is in the form of a park villa, and the front desk is also a separate building. After checking in, no one took us to find the guest room. We went there and asked along the way before we found the room. The details of the hotel's supporting facilities are very poor. There is not even a shelf in the bathroom, and the toiletries can only be placed on the floor. The family suite has three large beds for six people, but only one set of toiletries was placed. Anyway, the details are really poor and not comfortable at all. There are only three small pools for hot springs, and there is no children's area

房間乾淨整潔美觀，這裏的工作人員非常熱情也耐心，有什麼事情第一時間解決……帶着孩子體驗感很好，孩子玩的也開心

個人感覺還是非常好的,以後也會再去.裏面蠻大的,有小街道能逛一逛那種,温泉沒泡這次帶孩子不方便.房間很乾凈服務也很好總之是挺滿意的一次下榻!!對了早晨餐個人覺得還蠻不錯的,不糊弄人就挺好

環境沒得説 還自帶環境優美的室外温泉 賓至如歸 超5星的服務 經理樑立鵬主動幫我更換房間 行李員班卓車接車送無微不至 在忻州如果不住這裏真的是遺憾 個人感覺比太原的很多5星酒店還要好

第二次帶娃來玩，房間很舒適細節體現了滿滿用心，床和枕頭軟硬適中，自助餐價格合理品質也不錯，服務也很好，娃泡温泉很開心，溜娃放鬆的好選擇。
