酒店就在古城內，在古城吃喝玩樂非常方便，鬧中取靜。酒店總面積不大，設計和佈置也獨有氣質。房間面積大，非常舒適。温泉泡澡也有一次性的墊子，很衞生舒服。總體值得推薦。 需要改進：1:早餐品種單調。麪包也乾巴巴的。2.打掃衞生的時候説是續住所以沒有清潔杯子和垃圾桶。溝通一番之後才清理的。酒店服務人員熱情但普遍年輕，也許是大學生實習？感覺都不太有經驗。

坐落在古城裡的湯泉酒店民宿，房間不多，是古城裡鬧中取靜的一個位置。
設施：有室內湯泉，其實感覺就是個木頭浴缸。
緊湊的日式庭院型小院，還有樓上。
所以因為乾濕不分離，其實有點兒潮。
屋裡還有茶台，挺舒服的。
服務：很好很親切。看太陽很大，主動給我們拿把傘。
衞生：很乾凈。
温泉氛圍乾果盤:差點意思。一堆都不太能吃的東西。

民宿型的房間，配備了温泉的泡池，還有開放套的客廳設計為榻榻米，提供茶藝的茶盤，大床也有1.8米，盥洗間乾濕分離，歐舒丹的備品也不錯。前台服務也很好，洗衣服幫忙烘乾和收納送到房間。就是入住幾天經常下雨，房間很潮濕，空調噪音有點大，早餐比較簡單，沒有健身房，總體來説對於民宿算不錯了，有些方面還是不如酒店舒適性好，可能符合某些人的需求。

房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全方便，電視軟件都有會員。服務非常好，私湯和院子露台適合帶小孩子，鬧中取靜隔音好，孩子很喜歡。打鐵花很精彩過去五分鐘，到小吃街三分鐘，忻州古城吃的非常好吃，還會再來古城再來這家。

温泉氛圍乾果盤:邊泡邊吃，看着電視泡着温泉，相當愜意。
24h定製管家服務:搬行李，送早餐，有問題在線解決，服務親切熱情。
忻州私湯氛圍温泉:鳳凰山的温泉水，在奇村温泉不對外出售的條件下體驗相當不錯。
房間相比於周邊的民宿大很多，特別寬敞，院子裏二樓上都有桌凳，喝茶吹風別有一番滋味。

該房間很大，有近40平米。房間整潔，被褥乾淨衞生。特別是初來乍到，不識路。前台負責人親自到周家巷迎接，併為我拿上行李箱。十分熱情。住宿期間，多次為我老婆煮熱開水。因為，乘火車。需等待，旅店又多延長一點時間。確實有家庭的温馨。

酒店的位置特別好，出門走幾步就到古城的小吃街，停車又很方便，管家的服務很是貼心，提前打電話，預留車位，到店後，前台的姑娘們都很熱情地幫忙拿行李。酒店的院子和房間設計得很別緻，房間乾乾淨淨，落地玻璃窗可以看到窗外的風景，床品也很好，睡得舒服，温泉也泡得舒服。寵物友好，前台還熱心地問是不是需要食盆和墊子，很喜歡的一家温泉酒店，下次來忻州還住這兒。

房間乾淨整潔，池子也大，還有花瓣。早上有簡單的早餐。還有專門的小童洗漱用品。店員服務態度也很好，熱情周到。就是床旁邊的那個小窗簾遮光性不好，邊緣漏光厲害，希望能改進一下。
