好的方面：前台和客房服務員態度都非常好，床和枕頭都很舒服，酒店位置好找，停車場很大！
不好的方面：衞生真的是差強人意，房間的灰塵和衞生間的水漬都處理不到位，電視網絡不好，基本調不了台！

再一次入住該店，環境衞生都還行，交通便利，距離忻州古城不遠，周邊有便利店水果店小吃店都有購買方便。安排的房型很安靜，晚上可以休息好。（注:三層的供水及水壓不夠穩定，水流較小，花灑硬件設備有問題，建議該店及時處理並更換）

酒店很新，離值得一逛的忻州古城不遠。我所訂的是套房，所以房間很大很舒適，酒店很乾凈，枕頭還是健康枕，很贊！有電梯，樓下就有停車場。前台服務態度很好很有禮貌很有笑容。就是周邊的餐飲不多，出去吃個飯有點距離。總體來講入住體驗感很好。
