酒店位於忻州最有優勢獨特的地理位置，窗外可以看到藍天白雲樹木等成片的野生美景，晚上特別安靜，有蟲叫的聲音非常治癒，床墊特別舒服，空調也可以打開，五星級酒店日常配備都有，服務員和機器人服務員素質很高、很貼心，單獨的停車場非常方便，早餐也很衞生好吃，房間有沙發和喝茶的桌椅很是愜意，第一次來就愛上這裏了，可以安靜的喝茶、發呆，雲景住了好幾次這次換了秋果也一樣的感覺，白天馬路對面還售忻州特產芝麻蜜香瓜，早上很涼快可以步行周邊遛彎兒沒有很多的汽車。

燒水壺有一根線頭，像衣服的，壺底裏面有白色點點，燒出來的水是白色的偏渾濁的，沒敢喝，衣架有紅色不明污漬，枕頭有黃色的印兒，其他衞生都尚可；早餐種類有點少，不如之前訂過的其他包早餐的店。
