定的雙床房，兩張1.35米的床，我們加孩子三個人，就把兩張床拼一起了，床挺舒服的，就是床底下衞生沒打掃。
這個價位，整體設施還是不錯的，有一次性拖鞋和洗澡用的涼拖鞋，衞生間不小，其實淋浴完全夠隔開的，避免洗澡把馬桶弄濕。
前台服務很熱情，門口茶桌上有瓜子花生和糖果，好評。

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，離高鐵站和客運站都不遠，出行方便，去古城開車十幾分鍾就到了，性價比很高，值得推薦！

酒店在下高速不遠，方便來忻州再去五台山的自駕客人，就一層樓比較新，前台小姑娘聽我怕吵就給升了級，住在靠裡麪的房間，停車就在門口很方便，去忻州古城也不遠，就是周邊吃早餐的地方好像是一個村口，環境不太好！

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！從前台辦理入住時，工作人員熱情周到，不僅快速安排好了房間，還貼心介紹了酒店各項服務。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品舒適，晚上睡得特別香。健身房器材齊全，早餐種類豐富，中西餐都有，滿足不同口味。酒店位置也很優越，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便。下次還會選擇這裏！

整體感覺還行。酒店環境不錯，綠化做得挺好，大堂寬敞明亮。房間空間夠大，設施基本齊全，不過電視有點小，看着不太舒服。服務方面，響應速度還可以，就是個別工作人員態度有點冷淡。早餐中規中矩，沒什麼特別出彩的地方。價格和同檔次酒店差不多，沒有特別驚喜，但也不算踩雷。

這次入住真的太失望了！首先，房間衞生不達標，角落裡有灰塵，浴室還有頭髮。空調製冷效果極差，報修後等了很久才有人來，還沒完全修好。晚上週邊特別吵，根本睡不好。早餐種類少，味道也不好。找前台反映問題，工作人員態度敷衍，完全沒有解決問題的誠意。以後絕對不會再來，也不推薦給別人。

酒店離高鐵站不到2公里，衹有一層，但是很新，隔音效果好，房間可選無煙房，有窗，走10分鐘左右有個居民區，吃飯買些生活用品很方便
