是我住過最好的維也納國際酒店，大堂豪華，房間寬敞、整潔乾淨，床墊和被子很舒適，還有智能馬桶。前廳美女客服對顧客熱情周到，點贊客房主管趙玲、服務員王燕平、趙美玲為顧客提供優質的服務，酒店自助早餐不錯，酒店位置離忻州古城也很近。由於上午我們還要出去周邊轉轉，酒店還很暖心給我們延遲到下午2點退房，住在這酒店有賓至如歸的感覺。給酒店五星好評，值得推薦。

不推薦入住，經常到忻州出差、來嘗試入住一下。早餐9:00就結束了，門口一個把門的就不讓進了，不適合晚起的夥伴入住。所以我果斷的退了後兩天的房、換到全季了。
房間可能是新酒店麼、一股裝修的味道。面積較小。

設施：新裝修的，房間沒有味道，裝修很新，房間很寬敞很大
衞生：房間乃至大堂非常乾淨整潔
環境：非常好，酒店有提供自助洗衣房還有健身房，非常方便，附近有商場，也有小型超市，距離古城就15分鐘的路程，古城還不收門票
服務：前廳客房服務很好，前廳小姐姐很漂亮服務很貼心，入住時還送了熱水給我，客房大姐我出門的時候主動問我需不需要打掃房間，晚上還有銀耳雪梨湯喝
體驗感非常好，下次還住這裏

位置好找，但停車位較少，房間很大很整潔，但是真的不隔音……早餐非常一般。總體來説硬件設施除了隔音，其他都挺不錯的。可以預訂不含早的，樓下也有餐飲店。

服務員熱情禮貌，給到了6層房間。乾淨整潔舒適，房間很暖和。嫌熱可以開窗户或者空調，洗澡水壓力足，沖上去超級舒服!床墊不軟不硬，床單乾淨。
早餐不豐富，熱菜有魚塊，粉絲白菜，一個木耳和素菜炒的勾芡到黏黏糊糊，看起來沒有食慾，吃起來也差點意思。值得誇獎沙拉菜很棒，有水晶冰菜，生菜，苦苣，玉米粒。
酒店門口停車場位置有點小，晚來就得停到馬路邊。往東走幾百米有超市，餐廳。我們打車去的老忻州菜館，山西菜價格實惠味道好。

酒店很新，能看出投入上很用心了，各種設施都很上檔次，電梯裏就能看出乾淨和嶄新；但是細節上還是有待提高，房間裏的感應夜燈太敏感，每次翻個身燈就會亮；閲讀燈有單獨的小開關，但是關了頂燈閲讀燈也打不開；衞生間隔離的玻璃上還有之前小孩子留下的腳印（看圖）
總之能看出酒店的投入，可細節上還不能到位
要表揚門口停車場的保安大哥，人很好，幫助安排車位，還推薦去雁門大廈吃晚飯，很熱情，給人非常好的感覺
