The hotel is newly opened, the parking is very convenient, there is no parking fee, and a small gift is given when you check in. The hotel has free ice cream, coffee and a lot of supplies. There are 4 bottles of mineral water in the room, free mineral water at the front desk, and tea in the tea room in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and the service is good. 1. Navigate according to the location of the hotel, go to the parking lot at the back, and it will show Apartment Block D. When you enter Apartment Block D, there is no hotel front desk at all. After searching around, I walked out of the apartment and walked around to the front, where I found the lobby. Either change the location to the main entrance of the hotel, or put a sign on Apartment D, there is nothing. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are of poor quality and the hotel management is chaotic.

There is no buffet breakfast, but there are still a few items, especially the extremely thin millet porridge, which impressed me deeply. The sound insulation is extremely poor, so be careful. I regret not choosing the nearby Days Inn.

提前半年申請，結果給我升級了兩間帶地暖管道的房間，我給客服的囑咐備註完全沒有給落實，另兩個地暖管道嘩嘩的淌水聲就像睡在黃河邊一樣，而且還特別冷，問了下，這個水管道箱是個風口。……慶幸的是在我的強烈要求下，前台給換了房，但依然能隱約聽到一些管道聲，不過整體強多了……我覺得不可思議的是，我半年前通過攜程客服囑咐了半天，完全沒給我當回事，不過還是要感謝前台帥哥幫我換房。

一進酒店就聞到特別濃郁的茶香味 還有酒店的新中式裝修風格 都讓我印象十分深刻 酒店的設施齊全 環境乾淨舒適 服務態度非常好 工作人員都很熱情 如果下次來忻州的話一定還會訂這家酒店☺️

優點是新區環境清雅，設施較新，衞生乾淨，房間不大較安靜。缺點是房間價格較貴，洗澡間面對窗户洗澡🛁水也不熱，早餐單一口味品種很少沒特色。
