I have been to many countries. Lantingxu is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Every staff member is very warm and thoughtful. Attentive and polite, freshly ground coffee is always available at the front desk. Fruit pastry platters are delivered to the room every day. You can ask the front desk for bottled water any time. This can't be done in any other country. The breakfast is nutritious and has carbohydrate fiber. The pickled side dishes made by the chef sister are not repeated every day. It is very delicious. I heard that we like millet porridge and tea eggs, so I will add them immediately.
The hotel is in a great location, just in the ancient city, very convenient to visit the snack street and the north and south city buildings. The hotel design is very Chinese, elegant and quiet. The room is equipped with smart facilities, floor heating and air conditioning, and a private hot spring pool. It is very pleasant to eat a fruit platter. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to experience Hanfu.
Another happy discovery is that there is a vinegar shop next to the hotel. Every day, I smell the vinegar fragrance. I specially visited twice to understand the history and process of vinegar making, and I have gained knowledge.

I have been to the ancient city many times and stayed in many B&Bs. Zhixinfu Hot Spring B&B really won my heart. The rooms are clean, tidy and bright. The location is very lively in the center of Nanbian Street. It is convenient for eating, drinking and playing. The reception service is also very good. The decoration of the lobby is very unique. Especially suitable for taking pictures📸The room for checking in and drinking tea is very warm. The boss said that it was heated at home. The next morning, he went to have a meal near the B&B and the sister at the front desk thoughtfully prepared tissues. I was so satisfied that I will come back next time!

Facilities: OK, inside Xinzhou Ancient City
Hygiene: I arrived at 10pm and it was clean and hygienic. The double bed room we booked is very spacious.
Environment: The courtyard is not very big, but although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs.
Service: I arrived late, and the lady at the front desk told me the route, because the self-driving parking lot is very close to this B&B.
Disadvantages: The bedside socket will be disconnected for no reason, which makes people like us who have to leave early the next morning very depressed. Let me first state that it is not my plug-in problem. Why did my friend stay there and not charge it when he got up in the morning? angry.
The curtains in the rooms on the first floor cannot be fully closed, which is not very friendly to people like me who have only a small amount of light.

I didn't look at the sofa bed downstairs carefully before. One is that the sofa bed is definitely uncomfortable. The location of the sofa bed is between the door and the bathroom. It is a bit windy and the bathroom is a bit smelly. So it is recommended to try not to sleep on the sofa bed. Downstairs as a living room, upstairs sleeps. GGuest UserA really beautiful place to stay in the quiet mountains of Wutaishan. The hotel was tastefully appointed and the room I had was very spacious and comfortable. There was a Marshall speaker which was a really nice touch. The services were super attentive and personal: Manager Chen and his team were very friendly and highly accommodating. They made sure that I had everything I needed for my daily expeditions, drove me to all the temples and monasteries (within reasonable distances of course) that I wanted to visit every morning and picked me up in the evening back to the hotel. My stay there was so lovely that I extended it for two more days, which was still far from enough!
The hotel restaurant was also very nice. Food was of superior quality and the ambience was lovely.

GGuest UserThis trip to Wutai Mountain accidentally dug into the treasure homestay! The room was brand new and bright. I heard from the boss that it just opened this year and there was no damp feeling of the old house at all. The decoration is very distinctive! The log-color furniture is matched with modern style decoration style. Every corner is full of surprises. The photo can't stop at all. It just snowed when I came. The room was very warm. Sitting on the balcony, drinking a little wine and chatting and enjoying the snow. Zen and the beauty blended! And the price is really conscience! I thought the room at this price would be simple, but the facilities were not lost to the star, the hotel, the large floor-to-ceiling windows were facing the green mountains. There is a scenic shuttle station at the door. Since there is no appointment for the vehicle to enter the scenic spot, the boss picks us up and is very careful and warm! ! ! Super recommended! Will stay here next time!

ZZuzuFacilities: There is a dirt road outside the B&B, it is dirty, and there is no parking space. We just park everywhere. It was around 9pm when the owner let us park next to a huge smelly garbage dump. There is a construction site outside the hotel, which feels really bad. The public areas in the B&B are more elegant, but the room facilities are outdated. There are no hangers or places to dry the clothes, and the experience of putting them on the railings of the walkway is very poor.
Hygiene: Overall it is relatively clean, but there are small bugs on the floor and walls at night. (The first picture was taken when I came back today to collect clothes. There was no hanging paper when we checked in)
Service: After parking the car at night, the male shop owner took the initiative to help carry the box and did not let the box walk all the way in the mud. The female shop owner also asked us enthusiastically how we came, how to get there, and how to get to the scenic spot. She also took the initiative to ask us not to drive the next day because there were many people and cars, so she asked the male shop owner to take us to the starting point and take the bus, which was great with our children. Sit alone. It turned out that the next morning there was nothing about last night. I took the initiative to ask her how to send us off. She immediately pretended to be stupid and said you can take the bus yourself! I was very puzzled. After I went out, I met the male shopkeeper. I took my children for more than 10 stops along the way to the Wu Dad Temple.
There are many B&Bs and hotels on Wutai Mountain. This B&B is not worth more than 500 in terms of location and setting. Having a lot of frivolous public facilities in the store does not make any sense to our guests. The experience of staying here is not good!

GGuest UserIt was my first time to visit Mount Wutai to worship Buddha. It happened to be during the Chinese New Year and there were quite a few people there.
The hotel is located in a very convenient area, and most importantly, it is easy to park. The sister at the front desk was very considerate and explained to us the precautions for worshiping Buddha.
The room is very stylishly decorated, with an elegant environment and exquisite decoration! The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was super comfortable.
The room attendant was warm and generous, and greeted us proactively, fearing that he would neglect us.
In short, it is an ideal place to stay for travel 👍🏻

GGuest UserThank you to the young owners and their parents for their hospitality during our short stay - for transporting my parents and I to and from restaurants for our meals and dropping us off at the main tourist attraction. Also special thanks to the 阿姨 for the delicious breakfast, her homemade mantou and pickles. Mrs Han was so generous in also helping us heat up leftovers takeaway from lunch for our dinner. The beds were comfortable. Initially the room was too warm but the young Mr Han helped to sort out the floor heating and heater so that the room was more comfortable. The recommended driver, Mr An, was very good, who brought us safely to Pingan.

GGuest UserThe house we stayed in was right at the entrance. The gate to the yard was locked at night. There were surveillance cameras in the yard, so it was super safe. There were two large beds, which were very comfortable. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas. It was very cold when we went out during the day, so we had to wear more clothes. It was very comfortable to take a hot shower when we came back at night. The store owner was afraid that the house would be cold, so he prepared an electric heater. In fact, the house was very hot, so he opened the gate for a while at night to cool it down. The boss was also very nice. We climbed to the top of Dailuoding at 12 o'clock that day, and it was time to check out. We contacted the boss, and he was very nice. He told us not to worry. The room was very comfortable (and warm), and the location is very close to the tourist bus station (very useful for those coming from Taiyuan or Beijing by bus), as well as the main temple area in the central valley. There are also many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The price was also very affordable, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Definitely I would stay here again!

There is a parking space in front of the inn, so you don't need to park in the large parking lot across the commercial street, which is good.
The inn has a tour guide service. Although I didn't use it, I can feel the considerate service. You can get a 12% discount on dinner at the hotel. The chef is very good at it and almost ate it all. But drinks are really expensive, so it’s best to buy them in the supermarket yourself if possible.
It’s worth mentioning that it’s pet-friendly! The dog lived happily too!

Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price.
The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel.
Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park.
