Minor issues with checking in using my passport but besides that. The hotel was clean. Rooms are large dark when needed. They provided an air purifier in the room. I did find that the rooms were not so sound proof so if you sleep lightly it may impact you. They did provide ear buds besides the bed to help negate this. For an airport hotel it’s as good as it usually gets.

The location is very good, very close to the airport, 15 minutes away, in Zhengzhou Free Trade Zone, very convenient if you catch an early flight. The airport drop-off service provided is great! You can book the airport drop-off time according to the flight time. The building is very distinctive, the room area is large, the facilities are good, and the hygiene is very good; The front desk service is enthusiastic, and it happened to meet a large group check-in. It was orderly in chaos, showing a high level of service. The overall cost performance is very high. Slots: 1. The room switches are very confusing. I don’t know which switch controls which light. Some lights are broken and have not been repaired. 2. The front door and the front desk are a bit cramped.

My flight was late evening which saved me time to rest because It was very close to the Airport.. Booked lake view room and it was wonderful to see early morning. The room price was friendly and the room was unexpectedly cleaner than I thought.

Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌 What I didn't expect? 1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees 2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free 3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm) 4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China) 5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations 6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit ) 7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more.... I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today. I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌

The boss is very nice. We waited a little longer at the front desk, and just to apologize, he upgraded my room for free, and also provided free airport shuttle service. The service was great, and the room was very clean and comfortable. It was a very satisfying stay.
