第一次來鄭州龍湖鎮送孩子上學，沒來之前在網上找酒店，看到弘德人文酒店好評不錯，果斷定了。來之前電話聯繫了前台妹妹，非常客氣的給我們升了套房。住了三天，環境很不錯，衞生乾淨，服務人員禮貌，服務熱情，因為中間有兩天要去開封，我又提前預訂回來的房間，以後有機會再來還會住這裏。
