The hotel service is terrible. There are 9 people in our big family who came to Zhengzhou from three places to meet up. I first booked the hotel at Meijia Hotel, and then asked my brothers and their families to book here together. My flight arrived last, and it was already past 12pm when I arrived at the hotel. We were told there were no rooms available and sent us to another hotel that was said to be their headquarters, Emmett Hotel. The hotel had no air conditioning and the temperature was 13 degrees Celsius all night, which made us freeze all night and unable to sleep. The sanitary facilities of both Mega and Emmett hotels are very poor.

原定單床小間房，因為行李較多而且有剩餘空房，前台免費幫我升級雙床房了，好人。（`･ω･´）ゞ 空調和洗手間等設施一應俱全，房間環境可以，床睡着舒服，酒店附近的餐飲也多。 吃飯推薦出門左轉的“閆記胡辣湯”（胡辣湯、包子、醬香餅，平民價位）和出門右轉的“豫盛和”（￥25左右，小貴）。

房間總體還可以，衞生間的水龍頭五金太差，手柄薄的都快要被拔斷了。還有，淋浴房下水道不會漏水，洗澡時，堵塞嚴重，花灑蓮蓬頭的水很發散，不能集中水的方向。希望以後把淋浴房的問題改善一下。老闆服務態度挺好的。

到機場給前台打電話 到接車點之後車沒一會兒就到了，很快，晚上1點多到的，前台是24小時的一直都在，前台還免費升級了一下房間，設施齊全，環境很好。晚上要吃葯沒水喝，很晚了還送了一瓶水。
