維婉簡直是隱藏在小巷中的一家神仙酒店！温馨的環境，房間的設施等都給我留下了很美好的回憶。進入房間，令人眼前一亮，各種設施絲毫不遜於星級酒店；住在裏面會有一種度假般的感覺，整體裝潢精緻美觀。衞浴設施很好用，床睡着也非常舒適。值得一提的是房間配有浴缸、淋浴、智能馬桶，這在同等價位酒店裡是不常見的。維婉給我帶來了非常棒的入住體驗！

這個酒店總體來説很不錯，酒店整體就很乾凈，從進酒店開始一直到房間一直有一種淡淡的香味，沒有其他的味道，再到酒店房間裏了也是有淡淡的香味，沒有其他異味，而且房間整體很乾凈沒有頭髮，毛巾也都是很乾凈且疊放整齊在籃子裏的，毛巾也很厚實。還有枕頭也是很細節的放了4個，空調是中央空調，製冷比較快，門鎖上也有有一個小的安全鎖，不僅僅更安全了而且也很方便。前台服務也很好，很貼心。

前台服務有待培訓提升 酒店開設洗衣房卻不告知客人怎麼使用該品牌掛燙機 詢問前台 請求幫忙 該男士迴應“幫不了” “沒有這個服務” 詢問有沒有人教一下怎麼使用 不麻煩酒店幫忙 該男士迴應自己也不會 如果要阿姨幫忙要等待 具體等待時間也尚未告知 該酒店工作人員服務兩極分化 女性工作人員態度極好 男性工作人員態度極差

衞生：酒店現在的衞生情況大不如前了，房間裏面蚊蟲太多了。
服務：該酒店已經沒有任何服務了，兩件事提現出來：
1.房間蚊子特別多打前台問是否有蚊香，直接説沒有，我説希望提供殺蟲劑我自己消殺，前台直接説她找一下，直接掛電話了，之後就沒有下文了…………
2.退房時我忘記交了按金，走了大概1-2分鐘之後想到了，回酒店去問是不是忘退按金了，前台先是和我裝傻，説已經退了，我説我這個剛出門就想起來了我交的是現金，那邊馬上不情願拿出來一張紙説我看記錄已經退過了，我馬上説就1-2分鐘的事情可以看監控，同時對方直接把按金麻利的拿了出來。
以上兩件事大家自行體會該店服務。
