衞生間水池不會下水，空調那一塊一直有異響跟流水聲一樣非常吵，牀頭櫃不知道多久沒打掃過了一層灰，體驗感非常差

住這家酒店體驗很差
本來對漢庭印象挺好的，因為有了這次的體驗，以後不會優先考慮漢庭了，更不會向朋友推薦
1.房間不提前準備 晚上十一點到酒店後説房間還沒打掃好，在大廳等了二十分左右才上去，前台説我們房間預訂的晚，上一個客人剛退房還沒打掃出來，我想問為什麼們房間還沒打掃好就上架，我們是看預訂成功之後才過去的
2.房間衞生不乾淨 進房間後能明顯看到桌子上有一層灰，黑色的枱燈上面更明顯 馬桶裏有一圈黃色的污漬，看着非常噁心
3.空調不制熱 空調打開後風吹的挺大，開着制熱往身上吹的卻都是冷風，在房間裏坐着需要穿外套才不冷
4.洗澡水不熱 到房間後收拾了一下準備洗澡，花灑裏面出來的都是冷水，等了一個小時左右水才稍微熱一點，水温感覺就比體温高了一點，洗完澡剛出去被開着制熱卻吹着冷風的空調吹出了一身雞皮疙瘩
説了這麼多並不是惡意評價，全都是真實的入住體驗，可能像我這樣衹是一小部分，但我感受到的體驗確實是非常不好
我們住的這個房間面積蠻大、採光蠻好的，床睡着還挺舒服 其它真的找不出什麼優點了

衞生環境很乾凈，網上有小程序可以15分鐘之內拿到你所有想要的水呀，毛巾呀，然後各種物料非常的細心，還貼心的準備了口罩，耳塞等東西，這個店整體的服務，還有整體的工作人員都非常的熱情推薦

我預訂的房間，到了發現是上次住的702 因為緊挨着電梯 會很吵，我當時我太確定就問了一下前台也沒明確是不是。我就上去了想着是的話我就再下來換，到了發現就是。我就下去要求更換房間，前台説我定的這個房型衹剩這一間，其他的房間需要升級，我就辦理了升級，
她當時問我想住左邊還有右邊。我也不是難講話的人 我説都可以。要求換房間就是想要安靜一點，因為我們入住的時候已經十二點了明天起床肯定晚。結果升級完到了發現就是在702的對面，離電梯依然進並且靠路。真不明白這是什麼邏輯 升級的訴求就是想要安靜一點，結果是來回跑了幾趟電梯，導致更聒噪了。
還有很熱 夜裡兩三熱沒睡着 室外温度22室內卻高達29空調彷彿擺設。熱到和前台打電話 她説一會都好了，可都開了兩個多小時了

避雷，無語至極，續房的時候一聲不吭，需要給房卡重新刷磁不説，等回酒店上樓了，刷不開門，下去前台給房卡刷磁。上去以後還是打不開！！！！又重新下去了，大中午的，電梯人特別多，等電梯等了十幾分鍾，上下花了二十多分鐘，又弄了一遍，艱難的上去了才打開門。
為了考試定的，中午時間本來就緊張，浪費半個多小時，飯都顧不上吃，吃飯晚了快一小時😡😡
