首先進入大廳一進門左手邊就有零食和飲品聽前台工作人
員説是免費對的在辦理入住的時候非常貼心的送上了-
一杯
水，還有擦手的濕巾我説我要洗衣服，工作人員幫我洗的
衣服，洗完之後還幫我裝進了袋子裏晚上還專門送了免費
的宵夜，非常的好吃因為我還帶着孩子，他們在看孩子
在哭鬧送了一大堆的零食，還有棒棒糖服務超級不錯

首先要説對億海酒店非常滿意，乾淨清爽，早餐品種也比較多，而且味道都還不錯。其次重點感謝前台，每一位前台都很熱情周到，耐心細緻，因為帶孩子入住，除了房卡之外找前台還提供一張取電卡，真的方便很多，睡眠淺，前台很貼心的升級了房間，每一位前台都給人一種如沐春風的感覺，由此可見酒店管理非常到位，有機會還會選擇億海酒店，也會給朋友推薦，非常棒棒噠，停車方便，門前就有停車位，免費的，酒店無線網絡速度非常快，追劇打遊戲一點也不卡，房間安靜，會推薦朋友來住的

總結下來就是沒有任何的毛病。衞生、服務、前台、接待，各個方面都沒有任何的問題，這裏交通非常便利，很好找，服務超級好，房間很大很乾凈，這個價錢也超級划算，性價比很高，房間採光很不錯，床墊很舒服洗手間乾濕分離，前台小姐姐看我抱着孩子，主動前來幫忙按電梯，服務很到位，很值得推薦，

第一次入住，看到網上評分高，就打算來體驗一下，果然不虛此行，前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務很好很熱情，有求必應，電話一秒接通，很有耐心傾聽我的訴求，必須點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，周圍停車也挺方便的，下次還會來的，值得推薦！酒店停車位比較多，免費停，前台服務專業，房間窗户大，採光很好，服務效率高，需要一次性刮鬍刀，馬上送來。房間面積大，通風效果不錯。被子柔軟，睡的很舒服，空調效果強，很快達到理想的温度，手機信號強，免費WiFi，早餐口味很多，吃的選擇性強！

乾淨衞生，主要是房間大，早餐也豐富，所有工作人員都很熱情，尤其是前台一個叫榕榕的，非常非常的有親切感，態度非常非常好，微笑待人，禮貌用語，還親自貼心的給送水送一系列所需要的東西至房間。希望酒店多多招聘類似這樣具體很強親和力的員工，有這樣的前台，去鄭州必住憶海酒店😃😃😃😃
