Novotel Hotel (Zhengzhou Airport)

Close to the airport, the room was clean! The Chinese group purchase dinner was rich in variety, and the breakfast the next day was also good.

The hotel is in a good location and very quiet. The facilities are average, the gym is simple and practical, the breakfast is okay, but the surrounding area is relatively remote and it is inconvenient to eat. You cannot park on the ground of the hotel, you must park in the underground mechanical parking space, which is more technical. Larger off-road vehicles cannot park in because the width of the mechanical parking space is set to 1900 mm. The air conditioning of the hotel was under maintenance and there was no cooling. Fortunately, the hotel service was very good, and the air cooler and cool fruits were delivered in time, and the heat was completely eliminated.

The hotel upgraded the room. Because of the evening flight, check-out was delayed until 4 p.m., and a car was provided to the airport for free. The room facilities and decoration were good, and the stay was very comfortable. These gave the guests a good experience. There are a few areas that need to be improved. 1. The entrance to the hotel is not clear, causing taxis to find the entrance. 2. There are few breakfast varieties, but the coffee is good. 3. The swimming pool is on the negative 1️⃣ floor. It is indoor rather than outdoor and can be exposed to the sun. The water quality is good and it is said to be constant temperature. It is at room temperature 4. The shower gel in the room is fixed, like the Holiday Inn Express, which is a bit lower-grade. 5. The hotel driver does not have a uniform and is not professional enough, but the service is okay. 6. If you are not catching a flight, you generally don't choose here. There are basically no businesses around, but there are shops and several restaurants opposite the hotel.

Picked up on time after landing at 10:20 pm. Check-in was very comfortable, the environment was warm, the air conditioner could be turned off, and it was quiet at night. The breakfast had a wide variety of items that both adults and children were satisfied with. The temperature of the swimming pool was suitable, but the child slipped and fell, but luckily nothing happened. If you forget to bring your swimming cap, public swimming caps are provided. I stayed one night and left at noon. I was satisfied with the services and facilities of the five-star hotel. Taxis were also quick and satisfactory.
