Booked with a group voucher and upgraded to a suite. The room was nice, but the cleaning was not thorough. There was a box of ointment under the bed, which made people worry about hygiene. There were no garbage bags on all the trash cans. The air conditioner was not hot at all, and it was still 19 degrees after turning it on all night. Then the minibar was empty, and the coffee and tea bags provided were all instant and cheap. It is indeed not worth the five-star rating, but for the price, it is fine.
