First, I made a reservation on the Qunar platform, and I was very upset when I was asked to pay a deposit of 300 for credit check-in. Second, I actually paid 278, but the bill was only 238. The reason was that the platform charged 40 and I couldn't pay. Just asking, it’s normal for me to pay as much as I want, but why can’t it just be a piece of paper? Thirdly, breakfast was said to be until 9:30, but when 9:15 came around, I was told that it was already closed and the noodles could not be cooked. What was even more annoying was that the chef ignored you even if you asked, and you ate a lot of cold food. Fourth, the hotel facilities are old, the sockets and chargers are not securely plugged in, and they slipped off at night. The room still smells bad. I really don’t know how this kind of hotel can still exist. Is it a state-owned enterprise?

Three months have passed, and I remembered not to give a review until I saw the order today. To be honest, it wasn't because of the hard work of the cleaning lady and the front desk, so I didn't want to give it a star. Because I had an eight-month-old baby with me, I booked this hotel more than half a month in advance just to have airport pick-up and breakfast services. When I got off the plane, I was told that there was no pick-up and drop-off service. My children had to go to bed at 10 o'clock in the evening, and I had to transfer to the high-speed train at 7 o'clock the next morning. I felt numb immediately outside the airport. Why was there no service on the platform? There is no airport pick-up service, so why did I choose your hotel? Based on your hotel’s nearly 10-year renovation? With your simple breakfast? With the yellowed bathrobes in your wardrobe? With your ridiculously expensive prices? When you open your business, don’t hang yourself on the platform if you can’t do it yourself. Fortunately, you are near the airport and are all temporary guests. If this geographical location did not support it, I guess your hotel will not be able to open anymore.
