The atmosphere of the hotel is great. The service provided by the lady at the front desk is very friendly and thoughtful. The room is also very comfortable. The lady at the front desk also prepared fruits for us. My relatives and friends felt very good and look forward to coming again next time.

看了很多人的評價覺得應該還不錯，來了以後發現，確實很有設計感，是個很有品味的酒店，整體風格比較温馨，給人一種很舒適的感覺。酒店的拖鞋是我用過最舒服的酒店拖鞋，沒有之一!前台蘭大使和小燕服務熱情而且專業，物超所值

住酒店是來睡覺的，不是早上八點就聽你堵着門口用大功率吸塵器吸地毯的。開門説了，清靜會，十點又來！你們都知道房間有人還幹。你們把客人的利益放在眼裡嗎？還談什麼服務？根本就沒服務！就知道自己幹完回家。酒店領導怎麼安排的？給前台打電話投訴也沒用！這樣不拿客人當回事的酒店入住要慎重！真差！還是選擇有點品牌知名度的酒店。至少服務體系還是有點保障的。
