設施：新酒店，房間大廳設施很新衞生：酒店衞生還可以，但是無窗房不知為什麼剛入住就有小飛蟲環境：環境乾淨，有香薰味道，隔音不太好在房間聽見其他房間和走廊聲音都挺大的服務：首先，前台我不知道是如何培訓的，男前台看見房客打完招呼後下一秒立刻扭頭和另一個女前台八卦。但是有個戴眼鏡的年輕小姐姐人很好很禮貌會和我們微笑問好；其次，貴酒店很會區別對待嗎，入住的是年輕情侶就不當一回事嗎，吃早餐的阿姨素質很差會在背後議論房客但是聲音還挺大的被聽見了；對待其他中年房客是因為認為他們會是常客還是辦卡會員嗎對我們愛答不理對別人賓客如歸；連續兩天早餐時從未聽説未告知會有現煮餛飩等今天不巧碰上很多人吃飯卻聽見他人被告知且服務態度明顯區別。並不是吃不吃的問題，是服務態度問題。素質低下是一個服務行業的人員應該有的職業素質嗎，這一點讓人很不舒服即使酒店衞生再好也讓人不會有再入住的想法。並且入住羣體是可以靠年齡區分的嗎，希望貴酒店提高一下員工素質和管理模式吧。

已經不是第一次來住了，他家服務還是很好的，房間衞生打掃的也是很乾凈的，全屋都是智能化，投影很大，幕布看電影很好，和在電影院一樣，所以後來又續住了，還是選擇在他家，以後也是會來，推薦
