First of all, the location of the hotel is next to other nearby hotels. It is a bit easy to get confused and find the location. You need to ask the guy at the front desk to lead the way. The second issue is hygiene. As soon as you enter the room, you will see bags in the closet that have been opened and not cleaned, large stains on the carpet, and spots similar to mold. There was a smell of grease on the pillow. The girl at the front desk helped me change the pillowcase, but the smell was still there. It should be the smell of the pillow itself. Also, on the first night of our stay, the room smelled of cigarettes from time to time, which was stuffy and uncomfortable. In addition, one of the bottles of mineral water provided was actually opened. Fortunately, I checked carefully and did not drink it. The last one is what I cannot accept the most! The next afternoon, someone knocked on the door but I didn't hear it, so they kept knocking. As soon as I opened the door, three guys were standing at the door and told me that they wanted to fix the air conditioner, but they had to do it from my window. First, no one from the hotel came to inform me in advance that the air conditioner needed to be repaired. The maintenance staff came directly to knock on my door. Second, I was a girl traveling alone, and the door handle was stuck tightly with suitcases and chairs. Three guys came up and knocked on the door and wanted to come in. To be honest, I felt uneasy. But seeing that they were already outside with their tools, there was nothing I could do so I asked them to wait. I put my things away and closed the bathroom door, because my underwear was still in the bathroom. What's the result? As soon as they came in, two of them were fixing the air conditioner, and the other one didn't ask me and just went straight into my bathroom with the bucket. After I found out, I stood outside the door and looked at him. When he noticed me looking at him, he said, "Fill some water?" ? I can understand that I can't ask for too much given the price. I originally chose this one because it is close to the hotel and the reviews and pictures looked good, and it also offers airport drop-off service. But I can't tolerate the issue of repairing the air conditioner. The hotel has absolutely no regard for the safety of the guests, nor does it respect the feelings of the guests. First, there was no prior notice, and second, there was no staff on site to accompany the customer, leaving me alone in the room with three maintenance staff. All in all, the experience is very bad and I won’t come again next time. This is the first time in my life that I write a bad review, and I was really angry.

It is very close to the airport, and the airport transfer only takes a few minutes; the most important thing is that the mattress is comfortable and the pillow is also good; the room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows and bright; it is also convenient to eat around. I only stayed for one night during the overnight transit. I will choose this hotel when I pass through Zhengzhou in the future. Great 👍
