Location is good, only 5minutes drive to Nalati Tourists Center. Reception and hotel workers are helpful. We checked in late, tired and hungry, and wanted a meal at the hotel, though the restaurant was just closed. They asked us, 6 of us, to sit comfortable first, served us hot tea, and asked the chef return to restaurant to cook for us. This is what i call good service.
The hotel is relatively new, well designed, with a garden. We enjoyed our stay.

7月底親子出行，房間面積很小設施簡陋，行李箱打開，幾乎沒法走路，沒有空調是死穴，房間衞生也很一般，這麼熱的天氣，床上鋪着毛毯，辦理入住就跟前台説了需要風扇，結果晚上吃好飯回來説沒有，等到再晚一點怒氣沖沖過去找前台，才要到電扇。因為沒空調不能關窗，外面的音樂聲特別吵。理解是景區酒店，條件不允許特別好，但是這麼差勁的，真是第一次見，評論的好評實在不能理解。唯一優點大概就是離景區距離近吧，呵呵，第一次差評酒店給林隱酒店！！

酒店位置在景區內，周圍風景不錯，下午到達酒店辦理入住，前台愛答不理，能理解旅遊旺季酒店價格高，單價 1500 一間房， 至少服務就應該跟得上，酒店座機不好用，要水還得用手機打電話，攜程附帶升房權益不好用，問下前台態度更差勁了。第二天出發很早，酒店提前打包好早餐，這點還不錯。
設施：附近啥也沒有，衹有酒店本身帶了一個餐廳。衞生間洗手池破破爛爛，水垢嚴重，淋浴噴頭出水緩慢，磕破嚴重。
衞生：一進房間門就有兩衹大蒼蠅🪰，窗簾上有不知名的小蟲子，毛巾有兩個黃色點點，衞生太差勁，能理解靠近綠植蚊蟲多，至少房間內衞生可以跟得上吧？景區外 七八百的民宿也不至於差成這樣，更何況標榜酒店，價格高沒問題，服務環境設施餐飲都應該達標，不然作為消費者衹會覺得不值得

此次旅行最差的酒店，特意來評。2000+的房型，廁所沒有門，樓上的馬桶沖水按鈕壞了。衞生真是絕了，不僅有爬來爬去的小強，甚至有一衹小強爬到行李箱裏，帶回了家…噁心🤢🤢

所有房間是沒有空調的 別太早回酒店 不然熱死 早餐是青年旅舍水平 沒有兩樣能吃的 感覺是如家林隱 原本以為這是間比較有檔次的酒店 不知道是以什麼價格承接了無數的旅行團 素質低 又很吵 對於單獨自駕的遊客 很不適合

第一次評價，實在是氣不過。
1. 房間設施老舊，我們住的兩間房出現的毛病有：洗手枱水龍頭鬆動，櫃子擋板掉下來一半，四個充電插頭有兩個充不了電，洗澡水壓很小。
2. 前台服務人員態度惡劣，尤其是少數民族的兩個前台小姐姐。有一個是在我晚上去前台反饋房間問題時，用嘲諷的語言説：“那就跟你升級個房間咯。”（我很明確的説了，我不要換房間，因為我的行李太多了，人也很累，不想動了。但這位工作人員的意思大有：你不就是想升級房間來故意找茬的嗎）另外一個，是在我早上退房反應這一次在庫爾德寧和那拉提的柏睿不愉快的入住體驗時，態度輕蔑，眼神表達的意思就是：你愛住就住，不住也別bb（所以柏睿大概是不需要顧客提意見吧）。
3. 早餐用餐時，在炒包菜裏吃出了鐵銹絲…（不過餐廳的服務生態度比前台的那兩位倒是好不少，倒也不能怪他，廚師的原因）
總而言之，在那拉提，比柏睿林隱好的酒店不計其數，我之所以選擇這家，也是因為去年在庫爾德寧的柏睿入住體驗很愉快。不過現在看來，絕對不會再有第三次的入住了。
各位如果不介意設施老舊以及服務態度惡劣的話，歡迎入住。（有一説一，這裏離景區倒挺近的）

酒店還算比較新的，就在景區裏面，停車場能看到牛還有馬，床頭USB插口很多，實在是太深得我心了！早飯比較普通，就吃了兩個雞蛋和豆漿；聯繫前台是撥打一個手機號
