昨晚入住，晚上熱水系統故障酒店一晚上沒有熱水，直到早晨才有，一晚上沒有睡好，酒店對設備突發事故應對處理太拖沓，按理説，碰到這樣的事情，早上客人退房時，酒店經理應到大堂親自向客人致歉，並主動給予客人適當補償，然而事實是沒有，衹能説酒店服務意識太差；還有，酒店早餐也過於簡單。
這家酒店房間很大，房間裝修也不錯，完全有條件做好，希望改善經營管理提升服務質量；也希望攜程平台對其加強培訓督導。

設施服務都挺好，我們把無人機忘在酒店還給發了快遞。但不知為什麼我總聞到整個酒店大堂樓道房間全部有一股説不出的味道，但我問同行其他人他們説不明顯。
