這次入住體驗非常好！酒店房間乾淨整潔，特別安靜，床品舒服得讓人一覺睡到天亮。前台服務熱情周到，工作人員態度都很好，給人賓至如歸的感覺。下次一定還選這裏！強烈推薦給朋友們！

大大的表揚胡楊林酒店，房間很大，床品舒服，房間香味喜歡，雖然是個新酒店，但是服務很到位，酒店就在景區內，方便，如果草餐更豐富一點，相同的價格選擇胡楊林酒店很不錯。

期望越大失望越大 以為是星級酒店的服務 然後是中規中矩有問有答 門口有管家幫提一下行李會更好起碼有主動服務的感覺 晚上點外賣正好看到了大廳有夜宵 真幸運中獎了 吃到了臭雞蛋 差點給我整嘔吐 到了第二天用早餐 一般住酒店加了微信都會告知用餐時間 這邊沒有發這樣的消息也沒當麪跟我告訴我時間 不過還好趕在最後的時間去看也吃上了 早餐品類就類似於連鎖酒店的早餐吧 就是普通也不好吃 那個烤腸都啥味道啊 咬一口纖維的感覺還帶有羶味 我那麼喜歡吃烤腸的人也失望了 我還多夾了好幾個 🙁 然後我小妹説 蛋糕和蛋撻也很難吃 淡而無味 衹有牛肉麪條和新疆烤包子還不錯 果然衹能吃當地美食 味道才會好 順便也説説其他的小問題 就是沐浴用品 我是真的倒不出來 液體很稠 使勁甩才能出來 但都甩地上了也沒法用 晚上洗個澡也給我整急眼了 另外酒店環境挺好的 還給我們免費升級了套房挺滿意的 總之花了那麼多錢體驗就這樣吧 還不如我前面花1K晚上住的民宿呢 不是星級酒店也能把服務與吃食做到極致 連洗漱用品類都是品牌質量很好的東西 服務細心及周到 我不僅會當回頭客也會安利朋友去住 這邊標着星級酒店標簽而已 還好我沒用黑鑽大號下訂單來評價 😅

這是七日新疆之行入住體驗感覺最好的一家酒店了，沒有想到在一大片的胡楊林裏，有如此寶藏的酒店，酒店很新，格調滿滿，服務很貼心，到了那拉提，雖然沒有預訂到進景區的自駕票，但在這樣的酒店小憩一天，身心愉，倒也緩解了新疆之旅一路上的疲憊，推薦！

這是我們旅行中最滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店就在那拉提景區檢票口，一大片胡楊園林中，裝修風格很有格調、工作人員很熱情，服務很到位，房間乾淨舒適，早餐很豐盛，因為太累了在酒店餐廳吃了頓晚飯，飯菜超級好吃，還喝到了新疆版的西湖牛肉羹超級點贊！最讓我欣慰的是酒店親情服務做的很到位，公區包括房間都是新疆的乾果水果，大廳還有現磨的咖啡！下次來新疆還會選擇胡楊林酒店。

晚上在酒店吃個晚飯，先是菜單上點的部分菜沒有，點了幾個菜等了快一個小時一個菜都沒有上，吃飯人就2到3個包廂有人，真的很糟糕的入住體驗，差的很，真的很差勁

連住了兩晚，還是很舒適的。特別推薦他們餐廳的廚藝！兩天都點了中飯送至客房都很好吃！遇見的服務員都很有禮貌，熱情。
服務也很到位，都是很快速應答並且效率！全五星～下次來那拉提也還是選這裏！
