It's not worth the price. The facilities of the guesthouse are only slightly better outside. I guess the boss doesn't care about the work and the people below are in charge. No effort.

The scenery of Nalati is very beautiful. The main purpose of visiting here is to experience the natural scenery. The river outside the homestay blends with the hills of the Nalati scenic area, which makes people feel very comfortable. The accommodation conditions here are pretty good and can meet basic needs. Don't have too high expectations. After all, no one comes here in winter. The maintenance of the shops cannot be compared with the southeast coast and Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and the service level needs to be improved.

The facilities were just okay, not to mention the service. The staff were like ******. They suspected a guest's child had broken their brother's golden hoop toy, but they didn't bother to confront the guest. Instead, they called the travel agency and demanded compensation late at night. The next day, the guest confronted the driver, saying that many children had played with it that day, and they couldn't prove who broke it. They even asked why the driver had let the guest know? Did they feel better after being scolded by both the driver and the guest? A broken stick. I've never seen a business handle a problem this way. You can imagine how they handle other issues.

Location: This newly opened B&B is very close to the Tourist Information Center and just across the river from the Nalati Scenic Area. Service: The front desk staff was very friendly and helped with luggage. Facilities: Excellent projection, spacious room, and floor-to-ceiling windows with great views.

I've stayed in hotels for so many years and rarely give negative reviews, but this hotel has so many flaws that I have to sort them out: 1. The hygiene is very poor. I stayed for two consecutive days, and during my stay, the toilet was not cleaned, the duvet cover and pillowcase were not changed, and the quilt was not made or folded. 2. The facilities are very poor. The shower was hot and cold, and it kept stopping and starting. It was like this at 10 am and it was still like this at 10 pm. I stayed for two days and neither the adults nor the children could take a shower. I contacted the hotel owner, and when they clearly said that the water pressure was not enough, they lied to me that it was the voltage. They also showed me other hotels with black water coming out of their showers and said theirs was the best and the others were not as good. 3. The service attitude was very poor. The restaurant provided dinner and breakfast, but we went to eat at 8 pm. The restaurant's 7 seats were already full. The children wanted to eat, so we took our dishes to the table in the courtyard to eat. The owner drove us away, saying that they had a long dinner service and that everyone could queue up to eat, but not to sit randomly. When I talked to the owner about not being able to shower in the rain, I said the facilities weren't worth 1,633 yuan a night. They said, "What can you do about it?" I said this calmly, and I was impressed by their reaction.
