The first time I booked a hotel, I hit a snag. 7 adults and two children who traveled all the way from Urumqi always booked 3 twin rooms. No hotel requires that each room can only accommodate two adults. Extra rooms are free of charge! She gave us the best price to stay that night! grateful! He immediately helped us go to Xindu next door to pick up our luggage and deliver it to the room! The next day, because I had a friend who was traveling with me and needed to go back early, there was no online car-hailing service to go to Nalati Airport. I found him for help and gave him a very friendly price to send my friend to the airport early in the morning. It was really great! I won’t give this evaluation full marks to anyone! ! Next time I have a chance to come back and check in, I will meet the guy at the front desk for a while! 遊覽那拉提草原入住2024年開業的御豪大酒店，房間乾淨整潔！特別是前台服務員然然和小蘇兩位小美女，服務主動、熱情、周到。當時房間還不能入住，特意為我們準備了一間房放行李箱，並提醒我們，景區温差大，多帶衣服，又給每個房間送了新疆特產和馬桶套。感謝她倆的温馨服務！以後還會推薦家人朋友入住御豪大酒店。

房間寬敞整潔，周邊飯店很多，服務員態度很好，滿意。
