預訂的時候酒店還是新開，沒有幾個評價，打了個電話覺得工作人員態度熱情，就盲訂了。實際住下來不滿意：
1，選這個酒店最大原因是因為看到親子間是2房1廳的佈局，很寬敞，適合一家3人入住。實際入住發現房型圖片和視頻裏廳裏擺放的一圈沙發已經都撤了，衹放了一個小童帳篷這種華而不實的東西，導致一家人除了躺床上，衹有1個椅子可以坐。
2，酒店裝修味道還很濃，尤其是我們住的那間家庭房，窗外面還有一層牆和窗，導致空氣流動很差。工作人員帶我另看了一間家庭房，但窗特別高，底下半邊都是牆，房間很暗觀感也不好。
從酒店離開的第二天中午，我們家人紛紛上吐下瀉、發燒，不知是早餐食物問題，還是因為房間環保不達標的刺激影響。

房間佈局合理，停車方便，大堂也很好，關鍵服務態度很好，停車的保安大盤大堂經理到餐廳的服務員客房都很好，特別是17號服務員服務特別認真，要重點表揚。一個房間4瓶水，兩瓶放冰箱兩瓶在桌子上，很温馨的，電梯也有兩部，早餐在5漏，好有健身房。早餐味道不錯。

房間很大很新沒有異味，附近美食很多也不遠。樓下保安大叔也很熱情。特別要給餐廳的017工牌的阿姐加個雞腿。因為行程緊張我們起早趕路，8點一刻就到餐廳，以為有早餐了，但是餐廳8.30才有早餐，阿姐熱情的給我們打包了水果和熱騰騰的雞蛋，囑咐我們路上吃不要餓肚子，親人的感覺！真的很暖心🥰！

非常幸運能住到這個酒店，感謝兩位前台細心體貼的服務，笑容真美讓客人感動。酒店真是貫徹了前台的這幅小字，世界很大，歡迎回家！早餐選地方太曬，大姐主動幫忙換地方，保安大叔遇見時燦爛的微笑，讓人特別的暖。唯一不足的可能是剛開業，配合上還差點。
設施沒得説，硬件拉滿，客人用品到位。酒店主打一個完美。
