房間很乾凈，離那拉提機場很近很近。老闆很熱情，兩個幫工的小女孩也超級好，拉着我一起玩。景色無敵美，跟老闆和他的朋友吃了很正宗的辣子雞，還一起跟着給羊轉場。這是我solo trip最最最開心的一晚！！！感受到了哈薩克族人民的熱情❤️超級推薦大家來住！下次我會來常住滴🥰

為了送家人去機場特意定的民宿，想着第二天一早可以比較方便，老闆聽到我們的閑聊之後立即主動提出可以幫忙調整早餐時間並代替我們送人去機場。民宿的狗狗也非常熱情可愛，環境也非常好，開板之後會再來的！

酒店在那拉提國際滑雪山莊旁，視野很好，也很安靜。酒店本身環境景觀無可挑剔，但我們定的親子星空房，房型描述時將室外帳篷及露枱面積也納入了房間面積，這種描述方式有些誤導客人，後經攜程客服溝通已圓滿解決，此處小瑕疵建議更正完善，除此之外該酒店還是非常值得推薦。也需要給協調處理的攜程客服點贊，處理高效，思路清晰，最終結果圓滿，攜程平台一直值得常客的信賴。

1.環境非常好，在山裡麪，很安靜，運氣好無雲遮擋，甚至可以看見銀河（見管家手機照片）。
建議自備一把躺椅，在户外找陰涼地，可以舒舒服服待一整天。
2.管家們都是年輕人，服務到位，有求必應。同時還有一衹金毛和小貓來歡迎你。
3.住宿乾淨整潔，來這裏主要就是圖環境。
