環境挺好的，空氣清新，周圍還有個公園，似乎是遛娃的，去的那天正好看到有人偶在門口互動。酒店房間內該有都有，浴巾logo是開元的，中餐廳做菜味道也可以，魚很新鮮，就是看起來房間設施略顯老舊，度假休閑性質的酒店也沒有看到室內小童遊樂園。

環境一般，設施一般，服務沒有。
房間空調吵得很，晚上像開拖拉機一樣。酒店餐廳也不行，但是周邊也沒有飯店，吃個飯得開車出去很遠

設施：居然是開元的，分外親切，雖然不一定是正宗的。但感覺設施有些老化，訂了四個房間，一個房間的空調像拖拉機，一個電視機那沒電，總有各種各樣的問題。
衞生：被子上有印漬，枕頭上一股味，陽台地面都是土。
環境：就周邊環境尚可，附近有攬山湖營地。開車七八分鐘到仙女湖景區。
服務：估計春節人員少，另外新餘這地方的服務也不能和江浙兩地相比。餐廳服務員倒熱情，就是早餐差了點，衹能説吃飽，品種太少，超過1.2米收費20元.

周邊綠化很好 早餐尚可 但是國慶節期間體驗感不好 來露營的開會的住宿的很多車 特別亂 門衞也沒有做好引導 都是車 我停到了走路10分鐘左右的山頭上 體驗感極其糟糕。

環境很好，在仙女湖景區裏，非常漂亮。房間安靜，適合休息。從前台到餐廳，服務都很好。
餐廳出品的也都很贊，特別是仙女湖的雄魚，非常鮮美。離酒店很近還有一個江口藝術園區，、房車基地，沿湖設定很多免費停車場。是時尚休閑的好去處。
