從前台辦理入住的紅色漢服小姐姐，到早餐負責核對的小姐姐，到搞衞生送水的阿姨，到後面協助我們高德取消房間的鐘姓營銷部工作人員。這家酒店的服務真的很暖心。雖然酒店很多設施沒開，但他們的暖心服務彌補了很多。親子房很大，本來定了1個親子房➕一個基礎房。後面一家人住在親子房也很富餘。五星好評。希望發展越來越好、設施越來越完善。

設施：對於親子游還是挺不錯的，本人前天晚上比較晚到，沒怎麼體驗到～
房間有空氣凈化器算是想不到的，畢竟我住了些酒店都沒有配置～冰箱有喝的，不錯
服務：前台客服還是不錯的
早餐多樣化，這還是挺好的
臨近仙女湖，走路大概200米左右就到了～房間整體衞生尚可，還是較為乾淨的～
建議:6號地下停車場入口改善或清潔

入住期間有一些小插曲，不過劉管家真的非常非常點贊，所有問題都積極的幫忙解決，是一段旅程的最暖心的地方。辦理入組沒有等待太長時間，但是由於前面的住客還沒有退房還在清理就先辦理了登記，帶小朋友樓下遊樂園玩耍了，房間已整理出來管家就微信聯繫，並且把我們的行李拿到了客廳了。酒店整體的入住體驗8分吧，5分給劉管家的到服務。

第一次體驗800+的酒店，服務很好，特別是打掃衞生的阿姨。房間孩子很喜歡，在房間就玩得很開心，適合親子。房間包含2大2小的早餐。我們3大2小過去也沒有阻攔，比較人性化。美中不足，沙發有很小的蟲子，房間有輕微氣味。

八月的新餘太熱情啦，臨時決定酒店納涼，最終選擇了這家店，整體都不錯，剛好當天是入秋，酒店特意準備了秋天的第一杯檸檬茶，小朋友喜歡的不得了，不願意離開。
Ps 小建議：房間衞生間味道會有點重，需要改善。
