總之一個字差 一大早就被保潔吵醒了 敲門就算了 還在走廊大吵大鬧很奇怪酒店都不配對講機嗎？進入房間地上還碎紙 不知道怎麼打掃的 空調開的半天沒有反應 真是服了

1.有蟑螂，發現一衹。往床底下跑去了。
2.窗簾下椅子下，有一堆煙灰…
3.跟前台聯絡反應了此事，前台一女電話裏大聲朝我叫，説讓我退房 自己去重新訂酒店。
態度，語氣很差。
且那時已經晚上8點多鐘。
4.因為接下來兩天還有住酒店的需求。所以想看酒店負責人怎麼解決此事。
所以，第二天我又主動聯絡了酒店，所謂的一女經理語氣也不好，感覺不太友好。就沒把這事當做一回事一樣呵呵了。

千萬不要被照片騙了，這家酒店就是臨街裙樓裏的，攜程上的高樓是後面住宅。不是這家酒店，酒店就三層，一層衹有小小的前台，地下室有餐廳，到晚上停車也不方便，房間進去就像旅館一樣，設施看着臟臟的，臨街很吵，睡眠挑剔的還是別去了

訂了兩間房，首先需要交按金這點就很坑，你但凡服務好點就算了，結果一間房被子上一灘血，另一間房下水道堵塞，還都是灰，傢俱好幾處都已損壞，連充電插頭都是壞的！整個房間一股黴味，店家別來跟我槓房型沒窗户，其他酒店沒窗户怎麼就沒這個問題？房型設計不合理，洗臉和擦身體的毛巾放在了另一側乾濕分離的馬桶上方，洗澡一定要提前拿出來。三人間就兩個漱口杯。打電話給前台，派人來解決了下水道，換了一床床鋪，其他問題衹是表明已和前台反映，就沒有後續了，從頭到尾一句道歉也沒有，也不肯給我們換房間，差評拉黑沒商量，這種服務態度還好意思收其他連鎖三星級酒店的價格，絕不姑息！

環境位置都非常滿意，服務也做的挺好的，房間很大很乾凈，離新沂站也特別近
唯獨需要改進的就是最好增加一些烘乾機，方便差旅客人

按這個價位來説挺好的，去年12份來這個地方出差，哪個時候口罩的原因，管控還是很嚴，全國也放開了，但是這邊的幾家酒店都説不對外地人開房，感覺挺失望的，後來在手機上找到這個店，前台小姐姐很漂亮，也很温柔，快速的幫我辦理入住，挺暖心，今年又到這個城市出差，當然首選這裏囉，交通又方便，離新沂站又近，房間也很乾凈，穿也寬敞，裝修的顏色比較深，個人感覺挺不錯的，強烈第一推薦入住，負一層的早餐也挺好，特別是冷天時候喝碗小米粥，吃個茶葉蛋，就個小鹹菜，算是一個不小的享受！喜歡温柔前台小姐姐的，不要錯過這個酒店😁😁😁
