酒店一直以新沂第一家四星級酒店自居，足見該酒店的歷史悠久
歷史悠久就是老氣。
房間環境，普通標間可以説是超級差，比不上快捷酒店，房間位於庫房位置，房間味道刺鼻，非常不建議入住。不知道運營是怎麼想的，放這麼一個炸彈產品在銷售列表。如果不做這個品，酒店評分應該能到4.4-4.5分左右。酒店衹提供2瓶水，加水3元一瓶，並且前台和阿姨口徑一致。
早餐相對來説200以下的品質來説，屬於中上。菜品有十多個，都是炒菜。沙拉衹有哈密瓜和橙子，沒有蔬菜類沙拉。沒有酸奶咖啡飲品。現做的，有簡單麪條，衹有醬油。還有一個煎雞蛋。
酒店後院有個停車場，停車場和大堂之間有樓梯，見圖3，不屬於無障礙通道。沒有充電樁。
服務人員大部分都很很客氣。
最不好的開端就是，辦理入住，給的房卡居然不能開門。還要重新辦理。買的普通標間，真的超級差，阿姨説是潮氣味道，明明就是黴味。因某些原因，更換到商務房。所以住的還是可以的，沒有味道。
都是地攤。我不喜歡。

房間空間挺大，乾淨衞生，後院停車場無敵大，隨便停，二樓還有餐廳，是一家綜合性的大酒店。前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，二樓餐廳包間大廳都有，菜品也很美味。距離周邊吃的玩的還都挺近，位置不錯。

沒想到酒店早餐這麼驚喜！菜品特別全，熱粥、地方特色炒菜，麪條 餛飩都是現煮、麪包水果一樣不少，吃個豐盛的早餐，整個上午都精力滿滿，退房快捷服務很貼心
