Transport in this smaller town is not great but the staff here have been very helpful. They try very hard to assist in ways they can, especially to 'Cai' (chinese character meaning colour). They even manage to make a birthday cake on the day for a family member and provided their well wishes. A gentleman knew a bit of English which was taken by surprise. As foreign travellers, we did need alot of assistance and the staff was very willing to help. It was very much appreciated. Breakfast selection was great and hotel was clean. It was a very nice place to stay!

房間大乾淨，辦完入住帶我們去到電梯，這服務沒得説，酒店很大，還有很多娛樂設施，玻璃棧道，摩天龍等大小朋友玩的設施，農家菜也很好吃,適合帶娃，團建，休閑

酒店環境、衞生、服務、中餐、早餐都不錯，好久沒有住這麼滿意的酒店了，特別是服務非常貼心，登記時發現我過生日特意送來水果，晚餐在酒店吃的味道不錯。。有機會再來。

酒店在當地一個莊園裡，環境非常好，長沙到海南半路落腳的酒店，位置剛剛好，下高速不用繞道，性價比超高。早餐很棒，前台服務很貼心，還贈送了摩天輪和玻璃棧道的門票，強烈推薦……相信以後還會再來……

有43年歷史全球最大酒店集團之一的美國温德姆酒店在信宜也有一家且還是攜程平台上排名豪華酒店第一名，為此特意去體驗入住。酒店坐落在蓮花湖風景區，周圍綠水清山環繞，風景優美，空氣清新，放眼望去一片翠綠中開放着奼紫嫣紅的鮮花，讓人心曠神怡。
酒店大堂設計的氣勢恢宏，公共區域佈置的很有藝術氛圍，新鮮的插花在空間散發著淡淡的清香。入住的房間面臨湖景，站在陽台上欣賞湖光山色，愜意無比。
酒店的硬件一流，給人留下深刻印象還有一流的服務，前台工作人員陳恩梅、李燕珊待客彬彬有禮，百問不厭，讓人感受到賓至如歸之感。再次對她們道聲：謝謝
