從來沒見過空調對床頭，空調對着身體吹不好，我説換房，要加10元換其他房間。當著我的麪，叫人進去檢查過才能換。講話難聽。去檢查沒有問題，就是服務態度不行。我就進去看了一下，什麼也沒有動。明顯就是沒有尊重客人，我差你一百幾十塊嗎？
