幫朋友訂的，朋友今天打電話告訴我入住體驗很不好，
首先第一是房間有異味；
第二是床又很小；
第三也是最主要的是前台服務差（今天上班的前台）；明明昨天打電話讓去酒店前台拿孩子落在房間的藍牙耳機，今天到了前台，朋友都打電話給孩子説是白色耳機了，他還有故意為難説是不是你們的耳機，如果拿錯了是要再還回來的，説的好像別人想佔便宜拿不是自己的東西一樣，浪費了的寶貴時間，還惹了一肚子火，

太吵了，剛好門口有個洗衣機，問服務員她説過一會就不吵了，怎麼知道有人洗到兩三點，一個晚上都沒怎麼睡，衞生間的排氣服務員説壞了沒找到人修，門口修路，走的時候沒見到保安，我去叫服務員幫我看看我怎麼出去，我等了好久沒人理，自己出去，車差一點就掉路溝了
