除了浴室裏的設施和空調比較老舊，別的沒啥問題。其實室內已經能看出來一點翻新痕跡。設施問題主要是洗手枱櫃子是沒有櫃門的，拆掉了。花灑孔發黃，吹風機是風比較小的固定在牆上的，一拿黏糊糊的所以就沒使用，大概是衹翻新了室內，浴室設施沒更換新的。但是浴室空間很大空間很充足，完全不會覺得狹窄，浴巾有消毒水的味道，還是比較安心，花灑和洗手枱的水流也很大。室內是沒有異味的，可以看出阿姨已經打掃的很乾凈，然後床挺軟的，躺上去床墊沒有聲音，不是舊床墊，被子枕頭看起來也挺乾淨啊沒味道。室內沒有異味，有單獨晾衣服的架子和衣架，有電視和wifi，有個玻璃茶几可以辦公，吃外賣在電視櫃上位置也夠。房間有大窗户。總體來説還可以，畢竟離車站步行5分鐘就能到的酒店都大差不差，想找家特別好的也挺難。之前在車站附近那家賓客之家住過三小時鐘點房，想象不到的老舊和異味，床單也有潮濕感，所以這個總體上對比起來還可以接受。

洗手間是直通的蹲式，沒有回水灣頭，整個房間惡臭熏天！ 衣櫃裏都是發黴的，房間拐角都是黑的！洗手盆麪都是花的爛的！玻璃杯是霧濛濛的！找客服尋求幫助，比如加枕頭，説沒有，換房間，也説沒有！洗手間門鎖壞的（時好時壞，偶爾會出現鎖了就打不開了），長者家被鎖在臭氣熏天的洗手間內，還要一請多請打多個電話催，説長者家血壓高，鎖在洗手間出事了他們負責，才説馬上來！ 電話機的線也是壞的，每次找前台都是通過攜程打過去，比較慢！ 客服處事態度就是： （從我打第一個電話就是這種態度）接到你的電話聽完你訴求後直接就把電話掛了，也不説一聲是否處理… 每次都要我重複打過去問“我剛才説的你們聽清楚沒？能處理不？ ”然後才能得到答覆！暈死，有這樣與人溝通的方式嗎？你再忙，你最起碼要説一聲“我聽見了吧！”， 你直接掛電話，我怎麼知道你是否聽見我説話了呢！真是住過最差的酒店了！
