民宿老闆人很好，老闆熱情服務周到，耐心為我們解答各種吃喝遊玩指引訊息。民宿房間乾淨衞生，住的舒適，冷熱水方便，花灑水壓也很足，洗澡很舒服。房間配備設施齊全，還有一次性浴巾，這個就值得點贊，很多酒店不一定有。民宿環境優雅安靜，空氣清新，睡得很香。竹海值得再來，晴天雨天點氛圍感都不一樣。

來到景區門口，收費人員説要買門票才可以進入，如果是住宿也可以進入，臨時才訂的一間房，民宿比預想中的好很多，設施各方面的都很齊全，房間還配有新鮮水果，房間衞生乾淨整潔。大家可以放心下單，民宿設施很齊全，房間衞生很不錯，老闆人也很好。

第一次帶孩子過來玩，晚上連空調都不用開，不愧是大自然的氧吧，景區主要以散步觀光為主，第一次看到萬畝竹海真的好震撼，晚上廣場的節目表演和燈光都很不錯。民宿是一間文旅局評定的信字號旅遊民宿，房間24小時提供熱水，設施齊全，還有茶具、衞生也很乾凈，前台還有個展櫃放有老闆精緻的手工作品，洗手間配備了化粧鏡、有馬桶、一次性坐墊、乾濕分離等。早上起床還可以聽到外面鳥叫，小孩子可開心了。老闆招呼很熱情，還幫忙停好車，幫忙領行李，總體來説是一次很不錯的出行，遲點暑假等大孩子放假了再過來玩。

位置在廣場沿着下山樓梯走10分鐘到達。民宿很少只有四個房間，但有獨立停車位置。房間佈置簡單。還送了水果，敗筆是浴室。沒有乾濕分離。花灑在蹲廁旁邊。淋浴之後整個浴室全濕，下一個使用就很不方便。洗手盆有很多蟲子掉下來。工作人員也很熱心幫忙。
五一期間價格漲得厲害。五百多住這種規格的房間還沒有包早餐，性價比不高，不過同區都很貴，為了竹林美景都是將就。

馬安竹海風景好空氣好，是個放鬆的好地方，可惜這次時間短，下次來可以多住幾天。民宿老闆熱情好客，當地的村民也很好客，值得推薦的好地方。
