The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. We drove up the mountain in the afternoon, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way and arrived at the hotel at nightfall. The front desk upgraded the suite, which was a surprise! The view is beautiful! The software needs to be improved. We asked for a disposable plastic cover for the bathtub, but the front desk said it was out of use. This is a lack of service.

The room is clean and sanitary, and the environment is very good! Maybe the occupancy rate was too high during the May Day holiday, and the room attendant was too busy and exhausted. When asked to help get toiletries, she only brought one set, and another person's toiletries were not brought. When we asked her to help get another set, she started complaining, saying that she had been busy all day and asked us not to call her again. But it was obviously because she took less that she had to run an extra trip. It was not us who intentionally made her run around. In addition, maybe there was a shortage of staff during the holidays, so they temporarily hired part-time staff. The waiter actually asked the guests where the restaurant was? I'm new here. Fortunately, I knew the location of the restaurant when I checked in, otherwise I would not be able to give directions to the waiter. 😅😅😅

It was my first time to experience the price of 1188. The weather was hot, and the air conditioner could not be turned on cold, but only hot. The mosquitoes bit me and I woke up four times in one night due to the heat. The sofa on the balcony was more comfortable than the room. There was no main switch for the entrance light, so I almost slept with the light on. Please, people come here for vacation, not to escape from disaster. The front desk clerk seemed to be unaware of customer satisfaction. It was a very bad experience. I will not come again. I am a local and brought my friends here to experience it. Facilities: The hotel and interior are all in forest style, which is eye-catching. In addition to a sofa, the room also has a balcony and a swimming pool. The supplies are complete, and I really like their body lotion. Catering: I chose to dine at the hotel's Chinese restaurant Xiangchu. The bamboo tube rice is delicious and has a rich aroma. This kind of weather is perfect for having a drink and cooking on the stove. Service: The young lady at the front desk, Xiao Li, is enthusiastic, considerate, and takes care of every detail. She took the initiative to contact us before checking in. She patiently answered many questions about the scenic spots and packages one by one. She was also caring after checking in. A very satisfying stay experience, I will come again next time☺️

I really like the tree next to the lobby. It reminds me of: ancient vines and old trees. , a poem about small bridges and flowing water. Room: Very good, the decoration style is simple, the bed is very comfortable, the toiletries surprised me, and there is room heating. I can experience the feeling of being in the Northeast! The service is also very attentive, sincere and not pretentious! I hope they maintain this quality and will come again if there is a chance!
