Lihuagu Water Residence Hotel

It was a very satisfying experience. I spent two days and one night living in a mountain home. I could hear endless waterfalls and birds chirping. I took a deep breath and was filled with clear air. The scenery was beautiful. The service at Shuishuiju is also meticulous and considerate. From the lady at the front desk to the lady waiting, as well as the lady in the guest room and the security guard, their service awareness is first-class. The only small flaw is the breakfast, which needs to be hotter to be the temperature it should be in winter. All in all, a five-star rating and worth recommending.

優點：服務態度不錯，可以隨時通知接駁車接送。 缺點： 1.房間的大門門鎖都是壞的，給了房卡也沒什麼用，完全不需要門卡就能進去，安全性差。加上在景點裏麪，各方遊客都多，我們住了兩晚，第二天早上就有阿姨進來問我們借廁所。。 2.房間衞生很一般，洗手枱排水不暢，馬桶也堵。 3.景區熱水供應不足，在晚上11點洗澡的時候可能因為高峯都已經洗冷水了。但是酒店態度好的是半個小時後安排了阿姨帶去別的房間洗澡。 4.大廳燈很暗，晚上很有氛圍。 5.沒有冰箱，一個獨棟別墅居然冰箱都沒有，真是讓人很難評。 6.早餐真的很簡約，所見即所得，還有一壺豆漿。 7.停車不便。 總結：住一晚就夠

房間挺大挺新，環境也不錯，瀑布很美，服務也不錯，不過有進步的空間，比如庭院很大也有遮陽傘，但是沒有桌椅供客人休閑喝茶，有點浪費了，部分燈壞了，洗澡沒有地方掛衣服

除了酒店的服務其他還可以，兩房一廳的衹配2人的早餐，第3人開始要收費，接送車竟然不接回，摸黑帶着小孩步行回店。

酒店環境幽靜、美觀、有世外桃園之美,附近有瀑布、近河流, 酒店設備好、設施新、面積大寬闊、舒服舒適, 泊車方便.

兩千多的房費，晚上差不多六點辦理入住，告知還需要等待2小時，説房間還沒搞好衞生。入住後發現茶盤發黴長毛，簡直讓人崩潰。本來是衝著獨立泡池去，想泡個温泉，結果説只有冷水，這不是打擦邊球欺騙客户嗎？
