裝修和各項設施都不錯，裝飾美觀，房間挺大，周邊交通便利，購物吃飯都方便，前台服務很周到，點名表揚黃雪小姐姐，温柔體貼，能站在客户的角度設身處地為客户着想，解決客户需求，雲巢酒店是新野比較好的酒店了，下次還來。

環境很好，房間還有配送免費的礦泉水，還很貼心的配有隔音耳塞，像我這種睡眠一點動靜就醒的人真的超級友好，樓下還有免費洗衣房，超級方便，服務人員也非常客氣，住的很舒服。
